Whistle part doesn't work. There's almost no buzzing when cooking, which isn't audible unless you're standing by the stove, and even then it's hard to hear.

Bought as a gift for a neighbor, she was very surprised. At first she said "I don't like pink" but after that she can't wait to use it. It's quite big and easy to clean. Would recommend to anyone looking for a new kettle for their kitchen.

This kettle is absolutely adorable! It's quite expensive and it's a little tricky trying to remove the lid to vent it after the water has boiled. My dog goes nuts when he "whistle" because it sounds like a megaphone. It's quite annoying, apart from being a pretty good product.

Nice kettle. Large capacity, high quality materials (enamel on the outside and Teflon on the inside). Well-designed handle and lid prevent overheating. The "whistle" sounds like a gentle harmonica at low boil and a car horn at full boil - unique to any kettle I've heard and sure to let you know your water is ready. Great for all pig fanatics.

I just received this kettle, maybe it's too early to comment but in my experience the kettle looks and feels good. I bought the "Pink Pig" variant (since it was the only pink one) but would have preferred there to be a pattern on the case that was a bit fancier than just solid color. The teapot definitely looks high quality and is very well shaped. I think the price is too high for what it is so hopefully it will be cheaper later.
