Review on 🐷 Supreme Housewares Whistling Kettle: Pink Pig Design, Stylish and Functional by Trevor French

I just received this kettle, maybe it's too early to comment but in my experience the kettle looks and feels good. I bought the "Pink Pig" variant (since it was the only pink one) but would have preferred there to be a pattern on the case that was a bit fancier than just solid color. The teapot definitely looks high quality and is very well shaped. I think the price is too high for what it is so hopefully it will be cheaper later. The kettle comes very well packaged and looks like a professional kettle in every way. There is not much to say about the kettle, so I will only address its problems. First of all, the lid of my model is extremely difficult to open. It was an unfortunate design decision. Most other models have a handle that makes it easy to remove the lid, but Pink Pig doesn't. You have to open it. Be careful when considering this model. Second, the whistling sound is not the usual one you hear from most stovetop kettles! They replaced it with a filter that changes the sound to something like a car horn or a British air raid siren, which to be honest is very scary and I didn't like it at all. This probably applies to all models since they have the same coverage. I'm really surprised nobody mentioned this. This can actually affect or break your purchase. Overall I would recommend buying this teapot if you really want an animal shaped teapot (as there isn't any other manufacturer currently) but will otherwise stick with regular teapots.
