Great for cutting stencils with Cricut!

This is a great product! I used this to make stencils with my Cricut for my craft shop. I used it as a template for this image which includes small thin texts/fonts. I used to buy .007 gauge for the same purpose and it worked great too, but given the price difference per square inch I'm sticking with this .005 version. If you are familiar with cutting machines, a thickness of 0.005 would be comparable to double protective film on cutting mats. It doesn't puncture, it's flexible - great for…

My machine is designed for a maximum of 12 " x 24 ", so I got out my rotary cutter and just cut the 40 " width into 12 " strips.

I bought this product to cut templates on my Brother Scan n Cut 2. I have already tried the product developed for my machine but the results have been disappointing. . . but this was my first attempt at cutting templates. My takeaway from this experience was that I was definitely looking for a more durable product that would stand up to extended use. After reading the reviews on this product I was hopeful. A more cost-effective way to produce high-quality hardcover protective cases with a dust jacket.

I used this film to make dust jackets for my collection of hardcover books and am very happy with the result. The film thickness of 0.002 is ideal for dust jackets. The thickness of the foil allows the sheets I cut from the roll to lay flat and not curl. The lack of waves alone makes working with this film a pure pleasure.
