out of the box these horns are fine. If you want to make them awesome, replace the crappy little solenoid that goes in those horns with a high flow 3/8 NPT solenoid with 3/8 OD air lines. I can only say wow. These horns are of amazing quality, construction and sound like a train. First, let me say that I hate China. These horns are made in America and show craftsmanship. From the chrome to the screws they used to hold everything in place. The only thing they skimped on was the air solenoid valve. The horn manual lists a 5/16 power line going to them, but the solenoid output is about 1/8"😒. But I figured it would, so I ordered a big, sturdy one to accommodate these guys more to…

The second set, the first set on the ranch gable roof for fun, this set is for pickup. A loud horn will, in most cases, stop an idiot crossing your path. Highway mergers awaken. I suggest disconnecting the solenoid and putting the fitting n hose n on the hose with an air valve. This requires 1/2 inch hose and 30 minutes per psi of pressure. fun safety item, can't get lost. Bought the horns at the end of August. I took them out of the box and all my parts were in the back seat of my GMC pickup.
