Part of the order is missing.

Order came without glue for a Grand Pitstop tire repair kit. If possible please send me glue and extra glue because this item is not included in the package. Many Thanks.

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Puncture Repair Kit

Peg won't come out of the tip no matter how hard I squeeze the handle. After pressing the handle 4-5 times, the compression pressure becomes very strong and the piston does not move forward to insert the plug.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • No Automatic

After using it once, it no longer works.

Hello, After using it once, my gun stopped working. Let me tell you that it's very frustrating when you have an apartment and you need to fix it and find that it's not working anymore. Plugs do not come out after repairing a tire. cheaper piece of shit, spent a few bucks more and made a decent gun

Pros
  • Satisfied so far

Great addition to RV

I used a similar one a year ago so bought it. I've found this to be a great addition to my RV repair tools. I can use it to repair a tire on a van or my toad almost anywhere, since I also have a small compressor on board. I have used it before to repair a jeep nail damage and it worked very well. Couldn't be happier to have it!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No instructions

Easy to use and already useful.

After ordering a tractor to clear cedar and bush in the Texas hill country I thought it would be nice to have this kit available in place of the old plugs. On the second day I took a Mesquite Spike. Repairs carried out on site - quick and easy. Although the tractor tire was so stiff that I literally had to puncture the tire with a feeler gauge, it worked as expected. (I wonder if the probe was that hard to get through, how did that mesquite tip get through? - but oh well.)

Pros
  • Pleasant
Cons
  • Obsolete Model

No glue included

Mushroom plug looks slippery. I would think it might be glue. But no, it's just butter. The oil is used to force the cork through the "funnel-like" tool. It was pretty easy to use, but the cork leaked. So I just plugged in and started fresh. This time I used patch glue to ensure the rubber plug and tire were vulcanized together and the hole sealed. But the glue creates a lot of friction between the plug and the funnel tool. I had to try twice and use a lot of glue. It was this procedure that…

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Out of style
