Grant 3314 has most of the necessary parts.

Buy at the best price before you buy this special set. Make sure you don't need a steering wheel adapter like I did either.

Perfect fit for my '71 Super Bee

Delivered quickly and at a better price than my local auto parts store (who would also have to order). As expected, the studs fit my '71 charger.

Not required for E-Body Mopar.

I bought this installation kit to install a Grant 1004 Classic Nostalgia steering wheel (a reproduction of the Tuff Wheel with leather trim) on my 1970 Challenger. Grant makes you think you need this install kit, but you don't. Grant's wheel bolts are pressure-resistant, just like the factory wheels. I'm sure this kit will be great if needed, but for this specific application it's a waste of money.

spacers i had to shorten

i did everything according to the instructions everything seems ok but until i looked closer i realized something was wrong the wheel was sticking out 1 inch glued to the steering column , disassembled everything again and found that the gasket that came in the kit was too tall so I had to cut it out and put it back together. Once I did that, it worked great. But nowhere does it say you have to cut the gasket to fit. And yes, I ordered the correct installation kit.
