Good dual monitor KVM, slight adjustments desired

KVM supports all the apps and games I run on two 27" 1080P monitors. /wishes.1. Place keyboard and mouse connectors on the back (leave USB 2.0 on the front).2. Support for powered/backlit keyboards in the keyboard connector I need to use a USB 2.0 connector for my keyboard that doesn't allow me to use keyboard shortcuts. This is not a gaming keyboard, but it is backlit. Only the USB 2.0 ports provide the power required to use the keyboard. I don't know why we can't get 500mA (USB 2.0 spec) from

KVM ONLY which I think supports my mechanical keyboard setup

I've tried to get the following to work along with the quick toggle: 1. Keyboard Drop CTRL (backlit)2. Manjaro desktop (based on Arch Linux)3. Work courtesy of macbook pro. I have tried at least 4 other KVMS. The DDM style (from Startech/Conectpro) doesn't work, the semi-DMM style doesn't work (TesMart) doesn't work (although they work better with mechanical keyboards. I use this dual monitor KVM switch when I'm (pandemic) working from home. Before purchasing, I unplugged everything from my work laptop and plugged it into my home desktop to use the same RGB dual USB mechanical keyboard, wireless mouse and dual monitors, then did the opposite to get back to my work laptop. Damn Performance Monkey Paw

I don't think I've ever used a more annoying product in my entire life. It's one thing, if this item had never worked since then I wouldn't have the money I paid for it. This thing also cost me my time and sanity. Worked great for the first few weeks. Then he started sparking. This would toggle monitors but not keyboard and mouse. I've been using this dual KVM for over a week. I use it with laptop and desktop. Switching between the two computers is very fast, everything works great. Following Revain's instructions took less than 10 minutes to get kvm working properly. If you also have this dual KVM, it's a good idea to read Revain's instructions before building so you can save more build time. Works flawlessly and easy to set up!

I have a work laptop/dock, a home desktop and two monitors.
