This gallon of soap forms a pleasant foam ball when used with a foam dispenser. The smell is very pleasant, but not strongly lemony. It cleans my hands well but doesn't dry them out any more than other foaming hand soaps. The soap arrived well sealed. Under the cap was a blue cap that served as a backup cap if the main cap failed.
