I bought this kit to restore my 767 pump because the pump stopped working. Installation took about 30 minutes. Now it works like new.

This is a complete repair kit. Our pump stopped pumping after the die was about halfway through the cut. After rebuilding the pump, it now pumps through the cut like new! The instructions that came with it were also very helpful.

Our machine is very old, 20+ years if I must assume. The small workhouse is a staple in our shop and we use it almost every day to stamp 20-12 ga stainless steel. The seals leaked horribly and liquid just spilled out of each fitting. This kit (which came with a tooling diagram and parts list) healed our tooling and made it like new. It comes with all required o-rings, gaskets and test balls. This is a complete set! Very satisfied!

This set had everything I needed except the pusher cups didn't match my existing pusher. In the instructions there is a note in small print that the old driver must be replaced with the new style. Which I also had to buy. I'm sure if I had had a newer pump I wouldn't have had this problem. Otherwise I would rate it a 5. Good kit and I would recommend it. Just check your serial numbers to see if you need to buy a new follower.

I bought this kit 30242 to rebuild a Greenlee 767 pump. I called Greenlee to determine exactly what kit I need - it depends on the serial number. The kit had everything I needed including v-rings etc for the 30241 pusher. The pump is now working perfectly. Note. When I called Greenlee they said I needed kits 30242 and 30241. So if you have a pump with a 30241 steel pusher this kit (#30242) has everything you need to rebuild e.g. B. 2 V-rings, bleed screw and O-ring. I am returning the unused…
