Very User Friendly Software Solution

This program is very user friendly with all my employees being able to use it without any issue at hand for their daily tasks in our facility! I have not found anything so far as issues or concerns but would like more features added such as reporting tools etc., however this does seem possible if needed from them? Great product overall!! Just what we were looking for when searching out an effective Asset Management software solution - easy integration into existing fleet vehicle tracking…

  • User friendly, easy to navigate, simple to use, easy to train employees on the program and its usage
Cons
  • No real complaints so far just looking for additional features and capabilities if possible

Great asset management solution and platform

The best feature I like about guardian is it's ability to be used by multiple users simultaneously without any issues or interruptions which makes life easy for us when managing our fleet assets in real time manner with ease! It has helped me manage my large fleets efficiently since its inception & no doubt this will continue as long we keep using them because they have been doing their job well so far!! Nothing much at all from what i can think off right now but yes if you are looking out…

  • Its highly customizable, flexible enough that allows many different departments (users) working independently yet together seamlessly.its also very robust system capable handling hundreds+ vehicles per day across millions miles worth data easily..and lastly most importantly fast paced technology wise hence keeping pace always up to date unlike old school systems were outdated technologies make things slow

Reviewing our new Timekeeping System

I like the ease of use and the fact that it is a cloud based system. The interface is very intuitive. I like the fact that I can access it from my phone, tablet or computer. I dislike that it is more of a tool for management and not a tool for the employee. I would like to be able to view the history of work orders that are being performed. I would also like to be able to assign work orders to employees. I am able to have a better view of the status of work orders. I am able to communicate with
