Compact design, excellent sound. Standard horn on Freightliner M112 replaced by original horn. Very happy with the sound.

Great addition to our setup!

The perfect complement to the one horn that came standard on our 2016 Freightliner M2-106! Easy to install under the hood. Now we really have antlers!

Pros
  • H00640R
Cons
  • Some issues

Great truck sound. Lighting & Electrical

This horn has a durable construction. There are no plastic pipes here. The sound is just right, neither high nor low. Sounds like a truck horn. I use a horn in a compressed nitrogen tank at 120psi and it produces 118.7 decibels. I was hoping to run at 150psi, but the solenoid I bought won't work at that pressure.

Pros
  • Connection: 1/4" NPT
Cons
  • Blank

Definitely wakes up ignorant motorists!

Hadley horns are of fairly good quality and have been used on Mack trucks for years. It has a very unique sound that you can definitely hear. Also known as a Hadley Bully, this type of horn is made of metal and is typically an under cab horn and requires a mounting bracket to attach to the underside of the vehicle. I mounted it to the underside of my Chevy S10 with a Mack MRU garbage truck mount and installed an air compressor and 12 volt solenoid to make it work. Sounds amazing!

Pros
  • Horn Bracket: Not included
Cons
  • Almost never
