I bought this to replace another spinning hub I had that just wouldn't stay in place and kept losing connection. This fits very snugly against the edge of the laptop so it doesn't move. The 4 USB ports are also very snug - almost too snug so you have work to do with inserting and removing items, but I would have preferred it to be a bit too loose. I will update this if there are any issues.

This seems to solve my problem with my Chromebook only having a USB port. Unfortunately, it is so delicate that it cannot withstand frequent use. It's also not firmly seated in the USB port, so if pressed at all it will shut down all devices, which is a problem with transferring files or anything in general.

I bought this product to use with an MSI laptop. It was a good choice because not only does it increase the number of USB ports, but it also swivels to fit whatever space I use - next to my laptop, standing upright or reclined. It's been a good choice so far.

This swivel USB adapter works, but it's very flimsy and at least the one I got didn't rotate very easily. It still works, but the rotation feature is essentially broken now and will need to be replaced with something better soon. The idea is brilliant as I can place the adapter on either side of my laptop so it fits snugly against the side of the laptop, but I've never been able to rotate it properly to easily sit on the side of the laptop without a great deal of effort.
