Great things. My wife bothered me to light the stove with my popcorn pan. Problem solved. Popper is fast and pops everything. Don't put too many cores in a thing if you don't want them to pop out. The only thing I would like is the on/off buttons. You have to turn it off to stop it, but I understand switches cost money, and the price of this machine makes up for the slight inconvenience. We're a HUGE popcorn family and that's the only way we love to make it. We use an average of 3 cars a year so we decided to give Hamilton Beach a try and we are very satisfied. This machine makes almost any popcorn with very little waste if you follow the instructions. It requires a little more oil than the others we've used in pasta, but it's worth it! I LOVE IT! Thank you Hamilton Beach for designing a popcorn maker that actually makes popcorn!

We live on this popcorn! This is so much better than regular poppers! We love how you can add as much as you like by pressing the oil to the bottom. We only use real yellow popcorn. Then when it's done, the lid serves as a large serving platter. Seriously, popcorn is delicious! I was concerned when it arrived in its own box due to the possibility of damage to the inside of the popper. I still think it should be put in a shipping box to better protect it. But luckily everything was fine.

This popcorn is very easy to use. It's easy to set up. And yes, it doesn't take much oil. Oil is needed from a tablespoon to a tablespoon and a half. And it's easy to clean. And he makes good popcorn. No need to worry about lots of kernels or unopened popcorn. The popcorn comes out nice and fresh and fluffy, completely popcorn. You don't have chaff or anything if you do this on the stove. This item is also easy to clean. Nothing burned in the car. It's in good condition. It is not a bulky item.

Trying to find a popper that lasts a long time leads to nothing. When I first tried this Hamilton Beach I was impressed. It was popping like popcorn and there were only a few "old maids" left. I had one of those poppers that had a handle to spin. I really liked it, but the gears wore out after 20 years. I bought another one but it was poorly made, the top didn't fit and even scratched my glass oven so I tried this oil popper.
