I ordered from this company for the first time in December 2018 and ordered a flat back. I have traveled across the country 3 times, been in all weathers, used a car wash, my truck was never garaged and I only lost 1 rhinestone. I ordered the tines a few days ago and they are just as strong as the plates I ordered 3 years ago. Very easy to install and worth the money. They give you spare rhinestones. The frames are beautiful and go well with my AZ plate without blocking the state name or label location. They are beautifully packaged. However, the included hardware is a joke. The screw heads are too small even for their own product. They don't reach the sides so I didn't think they would hold them up. Also, the bolts themselves are too small for my car (Chevy Traverse 2019) and most cars I suspect. I used the screws that came with my car but that means you can't use pretty little screw caps.

We are only giving this product 5 stars because the PRODUCT is well made and feels very expensive. Somewhat disappointed, all the reviews presented the one I bought (prong) as more colorful. Completely conceals Wisconsin labels on bottom of plate. I tried installing them upside down and the screws are too big for my 2016 Ford Explorer Sport. I took off the bolts by removing them and broke part of the license plate bracket she attached to my car. It took me half an hour to unscrew the stripped screw and it wasn't even fully tightened.
