Light joinery with edge and grooving attachments

When it comes to glued joints, this is a simple design that will quickly bring success to anyone. Some of the other splicing attachments require more effort to install and are a waste (even if they are junk). This connection design is simple, strong and self-aligned for bonding. These bits cut cleanly and effortlessly. I don't know if I want to use them anywhere other than in a spreadsheet, but it depends on your setup. It works exactly as advertised but might not be the best style.

Cuts cleanly and provides a strong bond ready for bonding. Additional trim can be trimmed around the plywood edge, making the additional trim almost invisible. Alternatively, the edge can be left wide enough to round off or form other edge profiles. I found adjusting the height of both bits was just right for a couple of tries. Almost in the returns pile. But after a bit of troubleshooting, I found that the bit that created the notch in the face was set too deep in the chuck, causing my material to slide a little on the chuck, but enough to allow the material to "ruin". Took the cutter out of the chuck and PROBLEM SOLVED. I completed the cut in 2 passes. Less stress and a clean cut. First I cut out a piece with an internal thread, which turned out to be a 1/4 spigot. Then I set another bit to the approximate height…
