Hanna Instruments Nitrate Checker HI782 Review

Like all of their products, this one is great. This is much better than the low range with fewer steps and is accurate. The only problem is that it's gathering dust right now because you can't find the reagents. They still sell testers with 10 reagents, but once they run out you're done until they release more. As with other reviews, always say 6 weeks.

It's fantastic and easy to use. Still, I gave 3 stars for the 7 minute timer. You have to wait 7 minutes, after that you will get a result message that the device will turn off automatically after 10 minutes. The problem is that I missed the check after 7 minutes and after 10 minutes the device turned off. So I've wasted about 3 reagents so far. As for the product itself, it's great! Don't get me wrong, it works great, easy to use and accurate BUT they provide 10 packs of reagents and when you're done with 10 tests you're done. They don't tell you when you buy them that the reagents ARE NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. I ordered two packs of 25 reagents and shortly thereafter received an email that delivery would take 4-6 weeks and even stated August 18th as the shipping date.
