It took me a while to learn how to attach the smaller trimmers, the instructions sucked. This is more for professional barbers than home use. Much better quality than I expected for the price. I really like this beard trimmer. My old one was starting to dull, so I badly needed a new one. The two main things I love about it is that it comes with different attachments for what I want to use it for, especially detailing as it makes straightening my beard very easy and very accurate. I also really like that it has a fine length adjustment, my old one didn't have that and I still didn't realize how nice it was. use. Also, it's not very noisy like many other trimmers I've used.

It's better because of the 2 batteries, the battery indicator (lithium lasts a long time if you keep it between 30% and 80%), a slightly wider blade can reduce the total trimming/cutting time (which helps me because I mainly use it for hair cutting), the 0.5mm setting is great for grooming a person with no nicks. I've tried several trimmers and this trimmer definitely cuts cleaner than most. The fact that it has two sets of blades for fine trimming and regular hair care is very good. The adjustable guard goes from 3 to 8 which I use on the back and sides to save you a few trips to the hairdresser.

I have been trimming my hair with a Wahl traditional trimmer for about 15 years. I have used this trimmer 3 times. By the end of my third time, the battery finally dropped to 80%. The trimmer works very quickly, the hair is even. It's far more adjustable and maneuverable than anything I've used. I highly recommend it.
