SUPER BRAKES fits parts

Recommended, best brakes I've had on my 2002 2500 HD, after 650,000 miles the truck is holding great, just looked like them after 22,000 miles look and are still over 90%

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Good but not great

Very good brakes. I have them in the cab of the Silverado.

Very good brakes I have them on a Silverado 3500 double cab with SSB rotors. I lost a lot of brakes putting in the 19.5 discs with uneven steps, now they hold up better than when they were brand new.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • Great price

Great for 2015 Chevy Express G3500 Motorhome

Great for 2015 Chevy Express G3500 Motorhome. Significantly improved stopping. Use a low-noise CRC brake spray to reduce the squeak. Yes, it has more dust, but the safety aspect far outweighs the dust.

Pros
  • Very Good Value
Cons

Best Big Truck Braking Performance

I've been using Hawk brake pads for 6 years and I think these are by far the BEST big truck brake pads I've ever used. Went through Wagner, Centric etc and this is just the latest and will stop my plumber's truck and 2 F-350s with no problems. Get it and see for yourself.

Pros
  • Best in the niche
Cons
  • Great

Great stopping power but squeaks like a school bus

All my trucks have these brakes. But for some reason this set creaks a lot. I mean it's like a school bus on a dry day. Most of the time. It's ok in wet weather. I called Hawke to replace them and they said they would but no one emailed me or answered. They work as advertised, but I can't get over just creaking while driving. I probably won't get them again.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Available in white only

2002 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD - good update

With 200,000 miles on the odometer it's time for new brakes. The rotors aren't very worn so I just replaced the new pads. I've had them in my truck for a few days now and they're pretty impressive. Under normal driving conditions they behave the same as stock pads and grip very well under heavy braking. Haven't towed anything yet, but I bet this is where these pads will really shine. I also have Red Hawk Pads on my Z06 Corvette and have noticed something in the way they respond to the truck…

Pros
  • One year trial
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
