The red heart I received a few weeks ago was perfect. I ordered this one because I liked the color and thought it would be the same thickness since it's the same company. No, that is not so. There is a roll of 10 ounces, 482 yards, but the yarn itself is very thin. I have to double it to work with it.

I've just started learning to knit and I love the color combination it gives my basic scarf a beautiful multi colored pattern. I bought Icelandic Super Saver Jumbo (482 yards) which is more than enough for my project. The yarn quality is ok, only a part of the yarn is a little torn. All in all, given the amount I paid and the amount of yarn I received, this was a great deal!

I am making a graduation throw for my granddaughter. I had a real problem with yarn getting tangled as it neared the end of the skein. This has happened two skeins so far and I've lost a large amount of yarn. Today I spent hours untangling one of the strands. I hope I have enough yarn to finish the afghan. I've always bought a red heart, but I'll see what else is available. I need to do 15 afghan and can't have this problem anymore. Any solutions? I've made many afghan and never had this…
