Copes with its task well

Very sharp blade, ready to use, flexible enough for deboning chicken and turkey, ideal for cutting steaks, roasts and brisket. The ratio of performance to costs could hardly be surpassed.

Completes a set of boning knives

We recently bought a set of boning knives but it didn't come with a boning knife. We found exactly what we were looking for. The quality of Henckels is beyond any doubt. Although this knife is made in China, it is made from German steel. It holds an edge and has excellent balance. What a great addition.

Climbers like years ago as a chef

When I was younger and worked as a chef in restaurants, I often had great climbers. When cooking at home with my wife, away from kitchen gadgets, the quality of my risers wasn't nearly as good. I am very happy with the quality of this riser and would highly recommend it to home cooks. It brings back the old days.

good price, great quality

There's nothing worse than using the wrong tools for the job. This is the fourth JA Henckels knife that our family has purchased. Although their top-of-the-line cutlery is not imported from Germany, they are made to the same standards as in Asia. A knife sharpened with the right rough and fine broaching tools will cut cleanly and retain a sharp edge for prolonged use. Very happy with this product.

Good feel, great quality for the price

I've always had good experiences with Henckels knives and these are no exception. Although the knives are cheap, they are of good quality and feel very durable. I also like the balance, the grips are really well built and easy to hold even if your hands are slippery and I have fairly large hands and love the way they feel in my hand. Holds a sharp edge very well which is a big plus.

Pros
  • Nice packaging

Make no mistake: Kitchen & Dining

All JAHenckels knives are great but shop around and buy sets if you can, it's a lot cheaper. Revain offers the best value for money, but it can be confusing when comparing sets of what you're getting for the money. I bought mine at Kohl's and the set was incomplete so I had to add them one by one. For example, a 6-piece or 8-piece set has a few extra knife slots in the block that aren't included, so I had to buy them online for an additional cost. just be careful Oh, and these knives are heavy,
