We bought this dog bed to go out on the porch. It's easy to clean, looks great and is dog friendly! For reference, we have two greyhounds, 60lbs and 85lbs, and the large size is perfect for them.

So I looked for a thinner bedding for his drawer. He loves it so much I move it around the house for him depending on where he wants to nap. I'm buying a second one so I can keep it. It's very soft but just thick enough to sit comfortably on a hardwood floor. My child weighs 109 pounds and fits 47 inches. Oh and I let my dog sleep on the couch and bed and he still chooses to do this during the day!

I have heavier drawer mats but they are very difficult to wash. They do not fit in a normal washing machine, they must be hand washed and take several days to dry. I am so glad I bought this rug. This large dog mattress did not meet my expectations. My dog weighs over 100 kg and this mattress is too thin for him. I searched the description text and found no mention of its thickness. This in itself should have raised a red flag, like the dogs on the mattress, the largest dog is a medium sized dog at best and far from being a large dog. My understanding is that the seller was trying to get more market share than being honest about the size of the dog it was actually made for.

Update 02/18/20: I just ordered two more of these because we really like the first one. It's still washed every week and still looks and feels like new. These beds are really unbeatable in quality and price! We have 3 large dogs and it's hard to find decent beds at an affordable price. This is a nice and lightweight bed for our 55-pound black lab. One of our favorite features is that this bed is easy to move from place to place compared to a memory foam bed because it's so light.
