Very fragile and poor quality

The material it is made of is of very poor quality. The first time I tried to assemble it, the thread snapped. I've tried another one and I can feel the squeak of the thread. For something that needs to close and open every time you put the bracelet on and take it off, this isn't enough. Completely unsuitable for the intended purpose.

The paint comes off. the best in boating and sailing

It would be great if the paint didn't peel off immediately. The attached photo is after about a week of normal wear. I don't shower in it or do any work that constantly gets it wet or gets any chemicals on it. The build quality is normal, there is nothing wrong with it, steel with holes is difficult to screw. But if you're looking for something black that keeps black, look elsewhere.

Fur! At best okay. The last adjustment hole cannot be used because the buttonhole is too small!

I will use them since I have them but they are not very good. I won't buy them again. The hinge is too shallow to use the third adjustment hole so you basically only have two options for placing them. The pins are quite thin and the strands are not well defined, making them easy to cross. The color comes off easily. Live and learn I guess!
