Hit a hard spot in the steel and they'll fail

Very soft pick. The price is great so I ordered 2 of these for a project. The first hole went well. On the second hole, the shot hit a difficult spot and the cutter stopped halfway. Switched to another new editor and that got boring too. Put in a carbide bur and it will finish the hole with no problem. I won't buy anymore.

Cons
  • Not as thick as other picks
