I haven't used ratchets before but looking at them I can say they are good. This is the heaviest ratchet for its size I have ever seen.

When you need a great durable tie, this brand is excellent. The ratcheting mechanism is durable and will not rust. The straps have a tensile strength of 3,000 pounds and are rated for 1,000 pounds.

Bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas and he loves them very much. He uses them daily so they wear out and there is no problem with them! will buy again if he needs more.

Use this to temporarily install a volleyball net while my friend lines up in the sand. Good straps, grip and straps are excellent. My problem is that the loop attached to the ratchet is very short. I like it but I might not buy it again, it's just not perfect for volleyball.

I like the fact that the strap of this product is covered with rubber. I have used other regular textured belts in the past and have had issues with them slipping once buckled. This product is very tight and does not move. highly recommended
