DO NOT DO THIS, at Sport

OMG took these gloves one day while skating and accidentally got them wet, noticed the paint was staining my hands but thought it was something Ink better then a broken wrist so I wore them for about 40 minutes. JUST LOOK AT THE PHOTO! It took me hours to wipe it off with all sorts of chemicals on my skin. never again . When you buy it, never let it get wet, be careful not to sweat your hands.

Size XL too small: protective gear

I am 6ft 1in tall. I think I have big hands but most XL gloves and wrist guards will fit. only bought it for that reason. These XLs are more like M or maybe L. Not big enough. Too bad because they look like the best gloves available. If they had fingertips that worked on touchscreens and were a little bigger, I'd preach about it everywhere, but they don't.

Maximum palm/wrist protection

They work exactly as advertised! As a Onewheel racer, jumps are sometimes to be expected during flight, which are almost always painful. I've been rescued many times since getting a full hip, knee, elbow and wrist kit. These gloves protected my palms and wrists during a recent hard fall on rocky asphalt. The impact was enough to scrape them to pieces and even break the palm protection. I will pay the $30 again as they will let me get away with it unscathed. You saved me $100 on medical bills…

Excellent wrist and hand protection

I ride an electric unicycle with a high risk of injury to my hands and wrists. These gloves are exactly what I was looking for to prevent injury. The gloves are well made from durable goatskin, and on the fingers, the double-thick plastic cut also includes a palm slider to prevent over-stretching. The glove opens like a butterfly with 3 Velcro straps for easy donning. I also like the glove that covers the wrist well. I ordered a large size and they fit my palm well, but my fingers are short and

Mixed feelings about these amazing gloves

Bought in May 2021, gloves are less than 6 months old and leather is rotted. I really wish they would last longer. However, I bought a second pair and am breaking them in. Bought for EUC - Electric Unicycles, I've been using them daily for several months. They protected my wrists and hands in some super cool 30 mph falls. I personally think these are the best gloves and wrist guards for unicycles. The downside is that being leather they are difficult to wash and as you can see from the photo my

Good fit and protection

Good fit and protection. The fingertips are reinforced and the gloves have wrist protection on both the top and bottom. They keep you warm in cold weather. and it would be too hot to use in hot weather. My only criticism is that I wish the top wrist guard was removable. Depending on what I'm doing, I like extra protection. But sometimes I need to be able to bend my wrist more and want to be able to remove the top guard. This is my second pair. They are durable but get rough when your hands…

Changed larger - without success.

I had trouble getting my hand into the larger version, so I wasn't too surprised when I couldn't tighten the straps. I am sending them back and ordered the X-Large version which arrived today. The fit on the fingers and palm is much better, but the top and bottom straps are WAY too short for full velcro. I can barely reach the one closest to my fingers to grab enough material, and I'm pretty sure it wouldn't just let go when I flex my hand. In my opinion the straps don't sit properly even…

Works perfectly. There are no problems with painted hands.

This one review with black hands was a huge disappointment to me, but I noticed that many recent reviews weren't complaining about it, so I decided to take a chance. There aren't many handcuffs with full fingers, so my options were limited. I'm happy to report that my hands didn't turn black after a few uses! The size was a bit odd. After measuring my hands according to the instructions, the chart placed me between L and XL. However, I have very long, thin fingers, so I decided to go down a…

Unicycle Crash Test Dummy Appreciates Hillbilly Gloves

I was the crash test dummy for these gloves. I decided to unicycle and figured I could probably use a few drops, so I donned protective armor: helmet, hip pads, knee/shin and ankle pads, elbow pads, and rustic gloves. I figured my wrists would be the least of my worries. I was wrong. You will land on your hands more than any other part of your body. I've been walking for a month, I train an hour a day. I've put more than 25 full-frontal Supermen on the pavement. When I first received the…
