Short letters. I needed four U, and there are three of them. I wasn't aware of this until I started the project, so read the content first. I was able to complete the project by cutting and pasting other letters. Some of the letters weren't completely cut out so I had to use a utility knife to finish the cuts. The letters seem to stick well and it's not difficult to change the position. I would look elsewhere and buy this as a last resort.

This product is just terrible. 80% of letters cannot be removed without damaging them. They are not fully carved and it was a waste of money. All I needed was a name to come up with my granddaughter's new rocking chair and it was a waste of time. I'm a handyman, I've been working for many years and I firmly believe that you can't sell them. I can't go back because my immune system is weak. So I wasted my money and hope you read and take it seriously not to resell

I had to tag 44 streetlights in our area with assigned service numbers (from 1 to 44). 1, 2 and 3 just weren't enough, I had to make additional letters or higher numbers. I wasn't sure how they would work with the extra cutting treatment, but I found that they would stick to outdoor metal lamp posts in the winter when it was snowing and graying. Before I taped the number to the lamppost, I had to make sure I wiped away any dust, dirt, and moisture from the lamppost.

There are only two basic requirements for sticky letters and numbers: 1) they peel off the paper backing easily (FAIL) 2) they stick very well when you apply them (PASS) These requirements do not close mutually off. The reason they don't come off well is because the die cut was very inconsistent. Sometimes a whole letter or number was cut out correctly and came out immediately. The letters are so poorly carved that they are very difficult to peel off without damaging them, at least on the set I received. Some games can be better or worse. If you order these, try the letter B first. If you can't get it off the sheet and the cutouts are easy to remove, don't waste time with others.
