Nice pitcher, suitable for serving drinks

I like the light weight of this jug and the fact that it's made of glass rather than plastic. The texture hides fingerprints and is easy to clean (there's even a cleaning brush). The attached lid drips less to avoid splashes. When I first opened the box I thought it was too small but it actually contained two bottles of wine and sangria fruit so I was pleased. The size also makes it easy to store away. I appreciated the attached note from the seller for the personal touch. I'm considering…

This pot is as beautiful as it is functional

I love making tea from loose leaf tea that I buy in Hunan, China. I use a tea brewing machine which allows me to brew tea and pour/strain the tea leaves straight into the pitcher. I used a plastic jug that worked fine for about a year, but then my dishwasher deformed the jug's plastic lid so it didn't work. I was looking for a replacement that was both functional and more attractive and after purchasing the first one and canceling the purchase of another jug I found this one. In the first photo

SEVERAL ATTEMPTS to contact the manufacturer regarding the 2 year warranty have been unsuccessful.

UPDATE: After leaving my original Revain review, this pitcher WILL BREAK if I stir ice with an already cold liquid with a plastic spoon (a half-inch shard of glass flew out next to one of the decorative items ab projections in design) I requested a response regarding the 2 year warranty via the Hiware website over 2 weeks ago and have not received any response. I tried emailing as Hiware suggested in response to my review. , received an email bounce error message. Failed to deliver email to…

Nice pitcher on carafes and jugs

I like the light weight of this pitcher , and the Fact that it's glass, not plastic. The texture hides fingerprints and is easy to clean (there's even a cleaning brush).
