I love these little circular needles. It's much faster. I bought different sizes and use them for socks, fingerless gloves and doll clothes. and 2 circular needles. I cannot recommend them enough.

I know some knitters prefer to use tiny double ended needles for small projects, but I got frustrated when knitting tiny hats with intricate patterns for infants in the ICU using dpns. These 9" circular needles changed my game. I switch to the spokes only to shake the crown. Maybe not for everyone but I like them. They wouldn't suit me if they weren't metal but the stitches are lie flat on these beauties.

This is the only brand of circular needles I use - the joints are very smooth so the yarn slides through with ease. The needles are made of high-quality, smooth metal and are easy to hold, the connection cable is made of transparent and very durable plastic. I recommend HiyaHiya to experienced knitters who need fast needles. This size works well for working with baby hats for charity, which I love to make. I don't like bamboo - too much friction to tire my hands.
