🌡️ HM Digital COM100 Waterproof Temperature Meter Review

This EC meter is excellent for a range of applications. I've used it for water quality testing, gardening, and experiments. I also mentioned that I've been using the same gauge for a little over 7 years with no errors. I just had to change the battery and clean the probes from time to time. I love that it's waterproof as I've dropped it in water a few times and the seals are still holding up after 7 years of use. I definitely recommend this calculator.

The price of 60 is pretty damn good for what it is. With some liquids, the measurement is a bit slow at other temperatures, but according to the manual, it takes up to 5 minutes. for the first measurement of this type of liquid and temperature. Practically strong but it's not a hammer so don't overuse it, keep it in its case. This is not a PH meter so I don't think you need to keep it wet all the time. Shakes up quickly and easily for storage. It has quick self-calibration, but I haven't had to

Update: The product listing on Revain has been updated since I first posted this review. Luckily the previous inaccurate information that this device is used to check salinity in addition to temperature, TDS etc has been removed from the new product listing. In the old listing it was sold as a TDS device which can also check salinity on its own and at different salinity scales.
