Works great as described. This really helps prevent spatter from sticking to nozzles and contact tips. This makes them last a lot longer than usual. Especially with FCAW. I don't want to be without the material again after using it.

Great item. Dip the torch tip in this gel to prevent spatter and debris from sticking to the torch tip. Easy to use and efficient. Not only does this help keep the torch running, but it also prevents a lot of spatter from reaching the weld surface, especially when welding with cored wire.

This gel works great and is worth the price. This gel prevents spatter from sticking to the welding head. I could actually see a difference in gas flow before and after using this gel. You still have to clean the gel after welding, but it's not as bad as nasal spray. This is a good product for the price and I think it will last forever. I haven't been through much.

I am amazed how this product does not affect the welding process itself. I would have thought there might be a bad reaction between the gel and the actual sweat puddle. I first found out about this product via YouTube and saw that others had a lot of experience with it. So I bought a jar to try for myself and I love it! Much less work to clean the tip and nozzle. It is best to immerse the nozzle warm/hot.

Ideal for welding steel but not for welding aluminum with a spool gun. I have a Lincoln Magnum 100 SG that worked right out of the box but when I added this gel to the tip and nozzle three tips burned out in 5 minutes. Haven't found any problems with the injector. After changing the tips and NO gel added, the gun worked normally again. I used this steel gel and welded on a whole bunch and the tip looks brand new.

I weld quite a bit. Flux core that is slightly more complex than mig. This mess, this spatter, is often difficult to remove, both on the gun (consumables) and on the part to be welded.
