I was a little skeptical about my purchase, I thought it was a gimmick but I was wrong. . It breaks apart easily and provides a very strong and secure hold, making it easy and safe to cut or sand items. For the price I paid for it I didn't think it handled pressure well but I was surprised to see how well it stood up to this test, it didn't bend or buckle under pressure and force.

This appears to be a well made and durable unit. I've only used it a couple of times, but even as a one-handed cook I prefer chopping onions without. However, I like to use it for hard vegetables. This way the carrots don't slip off the cutting board. I see myself using it for other things in the future. Despite the low price and the small footprint, you really can't go wrong with this item.

Honestly I didn't think this thing would work but for the price it does. of course I would try that. I should have ordered a few more. This item is AMAZING. I love it. Skip all other squares and you have beautiful pieces. (By the way, I really hate chopping onions. I hate the taste and smell of onions on my hands.)
