Hole Sander Replaces Makita Hitachi Review

My Makita kicked the rims off the bench and nothing fastened. came to the conclusion that the disk factor works. This product restored everything.

Was looking for a replacement for my Makita BO5001 grinding machine and ended up here. It doesn't fit, not even close. I pressed return and it says it can't return. Be careful.

Purchased to replace the damaged pad on my grinder. Easy to install and works like the original. I sanded it for many hours and had no problems with the sandpaper not sticking to the pad. It's a very strong connection and it works the way it's supposed to.

I replaced my original Makita mat with this and it was very easy. Only 3 screws! My old one was worn out from sanding a very large deck, railings, ceilings etc. It was the perfect replacement. I went back to buy another one as a backup!

When I looked at this part for my Dewalt disc sander I didn't find anything that would fit Dewalt. I ordered it anyway, I decided just drilling the required holes if that doesn't work BUT it actually worked great so if you have a Dewalt Orbiter Dandruff with a 5" Velcro pad this pad will work as a replacement.

I have been a professional carpenter since 1965. I live in Los Angeles. Bought to replace a Makita drive. I thought I would save a few bucks. It is made or sold by an organization called MTP. I bought this replacement pad because the original has become dirt. This is the only random orbit sander I've kept, a Makita BO5021K I bought in 2000 and had no idea the pad was foam rubber. I thought it was rubber. I had a Bosch and another Makita but not too long ago as this one was my favorite.
