Broke after limited use. no apparent way to contact manufacturer

Unfortunately I have to rate this a 1*, as it broke after roughly 1-1.5 hours of actual turning time. I was initially happy with it, however the neck unexpectedly came loose and is now a safety concern. With the neck no longer secure, I'm forced to hold the neck against the tool rest and lose control of the tool without being able to hold the handle and/or change the angle. I couldn't find a way to contact Yufutol to see if there's a way to remedy this, therefore I'm giving it a 1* since it…

Pros
  • Works great at hollowing the inside of bowls. Only issue is it will loosen at the center joint at times.
Cons
  • The tool head is not adjustable, limiting its usefulness for varying sized projects
