Ordered this item expecting 4 activated carbon filters in the box. When I opened the package and took the box, it was very light. When I opened the box I found that it was completely empty. nothing inside Just an empty room. Checked to make sure they aren't futuristic "invisible" filters. No, they have to be black. Double checked to make sure I didn't accidentally order an empty box. No, I should have gotten a box of 4 filters. Don't buy unless you REALLY need an empty box.

Disappointed with recent orders. This product has many air holes that won't let much carbon through. They used to be better quality and looked much blacker due to more carbon in the filter. I'm willing to go back to the cheaper ones that I turned down because they looked flimsy as they are now. So disappointed. I used to love them so much that I ordered them from the Subscribe & Save section, but that's about to change. Poor quality, especially for the price!

I bought 2 packs of these filters when I bought the air purifier thinking I bought 2 complete replacement filters.
