Received this before we moved into a new house and left it wrapped in plastic. We had to open it and look at it when it arrived. There are several spots on our carpet where something has been dragged over it, leaving scars and gouges on the surface. Also, you say that this rug is made up of defective pieces of rug that were wrongly dyed and/or wrongly cut. I should have known better, I sold carpets early in my career. If you want something made from factory scraps, then this rug is for you.

I bought this rug about 6 years ago and it has held up well. It eventually started wrinkling (it's in a high traffic area and gets a lot of foot traffic every day) so I had to replace it. I took it under the dining table onto the porch and it's faded on the outside, but I've shampooed it many times while it was inside and never had any issues with fading or wrinkles until it recently started yellowing. Fold. Overall it was good value for what I paid for it and I would recommend it.

This is a very beautiful, well made rug that would look lovely under a large coffee table on a hardwood floor. We wanted something that was easy to clean and could handle the movements of a Labrador Retriever: thin and light for a robot vacuum and/or vacuum cleaner. Overall I am very happy with this rug. I bought it for our master bathroom which has a slightly larger footprint than a typical bathroom rug which would be too small. The colors are exactly like the picture and for $40 it's hard to get a rug this size. To be honest, I didn't like it when I first opened it. But after putting it on and wearing it for a few days - I love it! I use it as my entryway mat and gosh am I always glad I chose this $35+ one.
