Leaking at the back wall bracket. Other than that it was an amazing product that allowed me to enjoy my back porch more. If it started leaking after 2 years, fine, but after not even 2 months ?For the amount of money I paid for this item, this is not acceptable :-(

Where I live The weather is getting hotter every year. That's enough for a bed. It doesn't cool the room, it's only good if you sit right in front of it. But it blows cold air and does not require large operating costs. In fact, I can work all night on my backup battery. I bought the item in an open box and the water level sensor is broken hence 1 star for that.
