The heater I ordered arrived on time. I took it out of the box and put it in my pocket. And nothing happened. The light came on. That's why it doesn't work. I will have to bear the costs. Until I take the time to see why it's not happening.

The fan is either on or off and has only 1 speed. The heating element can be switched off (fan mode only) or have 2 different heating levels. It's quite noisy, so using it while sleeping at night may be an issue for some. I haven't had any issues with the fuse shutting it off when triggered and the rocking function seems to work well. Noise might not be a problem if you like white noise as it's like a box fan running at high speed.

Unpacked and worked perfectly for 10 minutes. Then it stopped and wouldn't turn on again, even though the power indicator was on. After that it sometimes worked, sometimes not. Honeywell generally has good products and great customer support, so I agreed to a replacement that didn't arrive until two days later. Similar problems. Amazing heater. My family had to buy it when the main heating in our living room went out in the middle of winter and we had no other way to heat the living room. With such a small size, it made a big impact! Since our living room opens onto our kitchen and there is no door separating two rooms from each other, this small heater actually heated two rooms at the same time. The only thing I would change is the settings options. There are only two heating options (low and high) and one fan option.
