Terrible product. Doesn't keep the license plate straight. And now past the rear window. Would give negative stars if I could. It is easy to attach to the car. But don't hold the license plate straight, as the screws holding the license plate piece are constantly being loosened and then the number on the front of your car will wiggle like a Tarzan-crazy booger.

Fits my BMW 340i (F30) without parking sensors lock although it took a few tries to get it right. Pulling back the left edge of my plate slightly also helped. You probably won't find a better F30 towbar holder than this one. Really glad I didn't have to drill holes in the car or use a flimsy plate clamp blocking airflow from the radiator.

This is one of the most affordable number plate mounting options for a BMW towbar and with good reason. The mount works, but the design fails over time. First off, the mount comes in four pieces and requires 9 screws. So if you're looking for something that can be taken on and off frequently, this isn't it. Screws are not long enough and extremely difficult to align whole screws. Bad guide. The concave plates have to face you or you'll end up on your knees and insane back pain for a good half hour. The miniature screw that connects the plate frame to the tab through the washer is easy to unscrew after the slightest pressure. I was excited to ship this product as the BMW dealer said they would fit the perforated panel into the bumper IF AND ONLY IF I decline all liability for any damage during fitting (nice attempt BMW) Unfortunately I cannot recommend this product in the way I had hoped. Extremely surprised at the quality of this license plate holder. Yes I have tried the cheaper ones on eBay which have thinner metal plates and longer tow hooks. My car has a PDC and it happened to work after I installed other license plate holders.
