After I put this concrete cutting tool to the test, I have to say I was thoroughly impressed. It effortlessly cut through even the toughest of cement blocks with precision and accuracy. The tool itself is very durable and able to withstand the wear and tear of heavy use. However, the only downside is the price point. It is a bit on the pricey side, but the quality and efficiency of the tool more than make up for it.

I received this to drill a hole in my foundation wall for a water pipe. He managed to do his job. But the set screw on the pilot drill continued to loosen even after I tightened it with a wrench. After about half an inch you will still want to remove the pilot head. The chisel moved about half an inch in 7 inches of drilling. Two teeth are broken off. For the price I figured I wasn't getting a quality instrument. It's a one time use (maybe two or three) which was fine with me.

Works surprisingly well. I thought it was going to be a struggle but he cut a hole in the wall of my brick house to run the wire/pipe like it meant nothing. I see people saying it broke after a few uses. But for half the price of a similar one at a major hardware store, then if it only holds 10 to 20 holes it's $15. But (and I've only used it once) it didn't show much sign of giving up. In fact, it seems very heavy/strong. I'd be surprised if it was "broken" once people say. Although who knows.
