Wrong size advertised

/ 2" brushes but the brushes are actually 4 x 5/8" (.625"). See pics. This is very disappointing as I specifically 1/ 2" brushes needed. I have already returned to Revain the first package that was sent to me with this problem and they resent me the exact same wrong package.
