Easy to use, great customer support (even during nights when most of us are asleep). I've had some errors while installing but it all got fixed by their team within minutes or hours at max! The system has been very easy to learn and implement for our small team of 3. It has been a great tool to help us manage our hotels with ease! We have not had any issues at all and are looking forward to continuing to use this product. I would like to see more features added to the tool, mainly those that relate to marketing and social media.
