This monitor works really well but some people might find it small so be careful what size you order. If you need that size a monitor would be good to have.

I enjoy my new computer monitor. The images are very clear and the right size for viewing. A small downside I see with widescreen mode is that images stretch out horizontally and people look fat. This also happens on widescreen TVs.

There are many reviews of this monitor claiming that it is not adjustable as shown in the photos. I'm here to make sure it's actually adjustable, but only discovered this myself after removing the bracket to compress it into a box for moving. To adjust the mount, there is a screw on the back that holds the mount to the computer (the screw is on the back of the mount itself). Simply unscrew, adjust up or down to your liking and secure the screw in place, and voila!

I use it as a second screen for my laptop. The installation was literally plug-n-play. The screen is very bright, much brighter than my laptop screen. The built-in speakers are also a great addition. The delivery was also very fast and I received it without any problems.

Good monitor for the price but there is a photo in the ad that shows an adjustable stand. The stand is not adjustable. When you buy this monitor you need to find a way to level the monitor by putting it on a stand etc.

I received this monitor in the kit so there wasn't much choice on the matter. Color and resolution are great for web and gaming, but I noticed something weird when watching videos in black and white or taking night shots. If you look at the monitor from a non-ideal angle, black tends to take on an x-ray effect (I can't explain it any other way). I love the monitor. I had problems with light reflections. That does its job very well. The price was great too. I did my research first and it was the best buy.

The monitor works perfectly. The speakers sound terrible. I used them for about 30 seconds before reconnecting my old external speakers. Clean up the mess here.

I like my new monitor. It has a great clear picture, a nice wide screen and I like the built in speakers although they aren't very loud. And it's attractive. I get a lot of compliments for that. Excellent purchase!

I bought this monitor for a build I was doing for my parents. This monitor has terrible black levels and a very poor viewing angle. My old 15" Sony LCD monitor looks better than this one and my 22" ViewSonic outperforms this thing. I do not recommend this monitor to anyone! Spend a few bucks more and get a 1080p monitor.

Very happy with the monitor. Definitely widescreen. Was light out of the box. Very quick installation. The glossy black "frame" around the screen looks stylish and matches my new laptop (Compaq Presario CQ62). The slope isn't smooth, but once you get what you want, you're good to go. No problem with colors that look weird when not looking directly at the monitor. The colors don't quite match the quality on the laptop screen, but it's not very noticeable. I needed a monitor after my laptop screen broke so I ordered this as the price was right. I've had it for a month now, use it for everyday office use and I'm very satisfied. I'm sure how it performs in other applications like movies, games, etc., but if you just need a regular office monitor, this is a good choice.
