As a result of using this automotive product, I found that it was not worth the investment. The instructions were unclear and the assembly was difficult. The worst part was the actual performance - it failed to tow my vehicle and ended up damaging it. The only positive aspect was the color - it was a nice shade of red. Overall, this product was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend it to anyone for their towing needs.

Assembly was fairly easy. However, not the best material was used to make this product. I really wanted something "cheap" because we don't take the struts off the spools too often and this seemed like the easiest looking device. Save your money! I'm still waiting for a refund. Ordered in February. The refund was 'issued' in March and now it's June and still nothing in my bank account. Revain challenged this two weeks ago and it could take up to 90 days!
