Beautiful design. It grabs lid for easy opening. The one I received had a very strong rubber smell. I soaked it in a glass of water with dish soap overnight. When I took it out of the cup the second time, 12 hours later, the smell was just as strong.

Liked the beautiful design but couldn't stand the toxic toxic chemical smell. I don't even think it would be safe to keep in the kitchen because it gives off smoke when it smells like that. My husband says it reminds him of the plastic shower curtains we had when we were poor young college students.

As soon as the cans were unpacked, a disgusting chemical smell came straight from the handles. I left them on the counter to air for a few hours, but the house was starting to smell the same. I soaked them in Dawn dish soap overnight and they still have that horrible chemical smell. I throw them away. Don't buy these can grabs.

It really does what it says on the tin. It easily opens stubborn lids without collapsing. The picture looks just as good as the photo. He is great. Others point out that it smells awful and comes with a California carcinogen warning label (which probably makes it a bad gift). And all of this is true.
