🧥 Humvee Nylon Combat Vest: Enhanced Safety & Secure Zipper Design Review

As a photographer's vest, room for everything I need and more room. The only downside I had was that I sometimes forgot which of the 14 pockets I put the item I needed in at the moment! It's durable and lightweight. I wore all black for the backstage photos of the show, so black really fitted the picture. I would recommend it to anyone who needs a way to be mobile and still have everything they need close at hand. I'm 6ft 4", order X-Large by size, fits great. Highly recommended.

I see many conflicting reviews on this product. I've only worn them twice so far. I find the value for money reasonable. Lots of bags for me. Suitable for my Canon 70-300 lens. The two front zip pockets are quite large. My XL size was accurate. I can't judge how well it holds up. I guess it's not suitable for everyday use as I see other vests cost 8x more but for my everyday use it should be fine.

I wear the vest all year round and bought it as a new summer vest. I haven't worn the vest 3 times before the inner right side pocket ripped. This is where I keep my cell phone. Luckily I have a case on my phone but the screen is still scratched. So I need a new screen protector. I thought I could see or mend the vest. But everything seems torn and unraveled. Like OK. I wear this vest basically all the time I'm awake on weekdays so ymmv. I had them worn to work because my - dear - late - Humvee photographer's vest wasn't really designed for what I was going through. This vest is without a doubt the best photography vest I have ever owned. It allows me to carry everything but my largest telephoto lens and distributes the weight of my gear much better than any bag or backpack and costs much less than a multi-camera lens strap. One caveat though, this vest is NOT designed to protect your gear from knocks and bumps, it is a garment and not a dedicated camera carrying case.
