We have these switches in every room in our house and after a few years they started to fail. The handles break. My husband changes them to this model and it only takes a few minutes. They feel solid and we are happy with them so far, this is our second order

We installed a ceiling fan/light in our child's room and this is the kind of light switch we were looking for. Low price despite shipping. Looks good and is easy to use. The switch at the bottom is nice because it's already set to what we like. My husband did everything himself. Very satisfied.

Bought it about 3.5 years ago and am happy with its functionality. But today the light switch broke. After reading some reviews, it turned out that this is a recurring problem for this model. We're checking if there's an alternative to this model, and if it's successful, we'll update the rating. Otherwise you have to buy the same product.

I needed to replace an existing switch like this that broke. This switch has an on/off slide switch, which is easier to use. The original switch had a "home hold" type position to turn off the fan and lights and broke after not much use. This one works much better.

The switches are similar but there are problems with the handles on the rails. There doesn't seem to be enough material to prevent the handle from breaking on the rail, be it a lamp or a fan. This switch is easy to turn on and off, and the company has no problem entering or exiting the room. Somewhere they just twist and the handle breaks off. This is my fourth bathroom-only switch. If someone doesn't have a better design, I'll spend my hard-earned money on it.

The ground wire is pressed into the back of the flange where the switch should fit snugly into the box. The problem is that the ground wire connection (brass rivet and protruding plug) does not allow the bolted flange to be tightened properly in the electrical box, creating a gap or forcing you to pound it into place.
