HURI Brake Master Cylinder Scooter Review

Great solution if you have repeatedly chosen the wrong size master cylinder. Also cheaper. Fits perfectly, doesn't leak. Easy installation.

Rebuilt my front master cylinder on my 2006 clone Yamaha off-road/street bike. Easy installation. I used my drill press as a flat press.

I used a standard hammer and towel for cushioning to set it in place. Then I finished it off with two layers of cardboard to reduce the padding a bit. Suitable for Chinese Dual Sport RPS Hawk 250. Don't know if they are actually made of glass or plastic, but for the price of 2 I'll take them for now! My old scope was a cheap plastic that turned yellow and literally cracked.

The sight glass on my little GY6 scooter has been in bad shape for longer than I thought. Leaking brake fluid has lifted the master cylinder's chrome around the sight glass, so I had to do an extra cleaning. I destroyed a new sight glass on the first try because I didn't completely deburr the master cylinder. But the second try went well.
