The recent power outage only lasted 3 1/2 hours but it would have been easier if I had checked my generator sooner. No matter how many times you check, you never know when the carburetor will get dirty, so for less than a bucket of submersible cleaner I just ordered another of these as a spare.

Great quality part at a price I couldn't believe when I bought it. Received my carburetor in perfect condition and very well packaged. As advertised or better in my opinion. Fits my old OEM carburetor perfectly and includes everything shown in the ad. Great experience with this seller and I will buy more from them in the future.

Replaced an old carburetor or my Champion 3500/4000 alternator and saw an immediate improvement. It started from the second jolt on the first start after installation. Now it starts when hot on the first or second pull. Cool! Maybe the original carburetor was just bad, but I swear it works better now than the new one. Installation took about 20 minutes. Super easy installation. You can buy another just in case. Made in Japan.

How cool!. My Champion 3500 alternator was stored too long and the carburetor jets were clogged. Then I always had to start the generator with the throttle half open. I removed the old carburetor and replaced it with a Huri carburetor. I pulled the starter rope twice, turned the choke twice and the generator started immediately. Let it run for about 5 seconds and completely remove the choke. The generator worked like new. I didn't have to twist or adjust anything. Carburetor installed and done.

Installed this on our championship alternator yesterday with a new spark plug and it worked great the first time. It was very easy to install, although I'm not really a mechanical person, I still replaced YouTube and guides in a short time. I knew the carburetor didn't just need cleaning because the gasket broke and the price of the gasket was the same as buying this kit. Worked perfectly for me and I'm glad I can fix it myself, save money and get my generator working again.

I needed to replace the pull cord on our 3500w Champion generator set. It also had a stalling problem when the load was removed and returned to idle. Given how insanely cheap that stock carburetor is, I figured I'd save the time and effort and just replace the carburetor instead of cleaning the original one. This carburetor is a perfect match for my Champion Power Equipment 46539 alternator except for one small detail. The choke lever didn't seem to have any way of connecting to the electronic choke solenoid (at least I couldn't figure it out), resulting in a remote start. It didn't matter as I never used the remote start and always preferred to operate the choke manually. But other than that, this aftermarket part worked well. Removed the old carburetor and installed the new one in 15 minutes. The champion ran like a two-stroke champion! Easy smooth running, no jerking, the air flap is completely closed. The original carburettor only starts the generator with at least 1/4 throttle or more. Spin to run and the generator will die. I think the pilot jet was sealed.
