If you use a hurst switch do yourself a favor and get this item. It replaces the plastic bushings and removes debris from the derailleur. It lasts longer, but most importantly, it makes shift linkage adjustments easier as you get more precise placement. Good product.

Hurst 3327302 Steel Pit Pack Hub I ordered this for my husbands car. He said that he was in perfect condition and was happy with him. It was the cheapest price we found. It worked, now the car is fine. We are satisfied and can recommend it to everyone.

This shift bushing kit is a good product at a reasonable price. Once installed, the new bushings helped greatly improve the shifting action of my 1969 Camaro's four speed manual transmission. As a side note, some switch sockets are more difficult to access than others. The bushes are not to blame.

I tried installing the new Hurst derailleur I had for the Muncie gearing in place of the nylon derailleurs. Only two slide over the derailleur arms and none on the shank ends unless you want to grind or less grind. I tried to put one on and the collar came off when I tapped it with the outlet. They should be snug, but are too tight for the new derailleur. I put the nylon back on. Disappointed as these are original Hursts and not aftermarket.

They worked well but didn't match my slipping roads at the end of the traction drive train. So I used them on the ends of the shift rods and ordered nylon bushings from Amazon for the rod ends on the transmission. My connecting rods were tapered on the gearbox so those non-tapered bushings didn't work. Note. My cranks are wool and these are broken so I'm not sure why they would only work on the drivetrain ends. I have Muncie so yours can work on both ends. I would recommend it to a friend and…
