We were looking for an extra tool set for the kitchen. It was something of an overkill. The tools are well made, just larger than expected. You can't do anything small with them!

If you don't use your tools often, they will rust. But that's just surface rust. Spray it with WD40 and you're good. They still work great. The problem is cosmetic.

I chose Husky because of their high quality, heavy duty tools. I was not disappointed. No surprises, just consistently heavy quality. You will know you have quality tools when you find yourself buying more and more products from the same brand. Hoarse

These Husky pliers are not what I expected, very poor quality. Needle nose and serrated pliers are fine. The long tips of the noses do not touch when the pliers are closed, they have a lot of play. Diagonal cutters required a lot of force to cut through the smallest inch-thick metal object, which isn't very user-friendly. Sliding joints are ok. I chose a US made pair of pliers for my toolbox because I needed reliability, they would serve as a spare car kit.

As the title says the pliers are good but after the first use they started to rust. The pliers are larger than any other pliers I've owned, which is good as it allows for a better grip and makes the job easier. The problem with them is that they start to rust after the first use. Remember that they are not wet at all and I keep them at home where there is no moisture. Although they are good pliers, they rust quickly.
